Access to and use of the bos33 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account or using any Service on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. bos33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.
The bos33 Platform is designed and operated for players who are residents of Indonesia or who access the Platform from within Indonesian territory. You must ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in any game or betting market offered on the Platform is legal in your location.
You must not register for or use an Account if you have previously self-excluded from bos33 or from any other gambling platform. If you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order or have voluntarily requested account closure on grounds of problem gambling, attempting to re-register constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and any winnings generated during such a period may be voided.
Current employees, directors, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of bos33 and its affiliated companies, technology providers, and game studio partners are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in any real-money games or betting markets on the Platform.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the bos33 Platform. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same identity, a different name, a different email address, or any other method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, bos33 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
During registration, you are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. You must keep this information current and promptly update your Account if any of your details change. bos33 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials is deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify bos33 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
bos33 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a first withdrawal, or when a significant increase in wagering or deposit activity is detected. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been issued may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 via QRIS and Rp 50.000 via bank transfer. Maximum deposit limits are set per transaction and per day, and may vary by payment method and account tier. You agree to only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian national holidays such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi. Indicative processing times are as follows:
bos33 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party banking systems, e-wallet providers, or scheduled maintenance windows. All withdrawal requests are subject to bos33's anti-money laundering (AML) review procedures.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the verified name on your bos33 Account. bos33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or payment methods that differ from those used for deposits, except at bos33's sole discretion for operational or security reasons.
bos33 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which bos33 accepts no responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as the Platform operates exclusively in IDR.
bos33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri and Ramadhan. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer, including any applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount (and deposit amount where a deposit match bonus is involved). Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type — live casino games, slots, Dragon Tiger, and Scratch Card products may contribute at different rates, as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
bos33 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or withdraw any bonus and to void any winnings derived from that bonus if there is reasonable evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, placing bets with the sole purpose of fulfilling wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the game, or exploiting a technical error in a promotional mechanism. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at bos33's sole discretion and are final.
All bonus funds and free spins have an expiry date from the point of crediting. Any unused bonus balance or free spins remaining after the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account without compensation. Wagering requirements must also be completed within the specified validity window.
All bets placed on the bos33 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Bets are only accepted and confirmed when the Platform returns a bet confirmation reference number. A bet not confirmed by the system is not a valid bet, regardless of the amount deducted from your Account balance during a technical error.
Sportsbook bets — including pre-match, in-play, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — are governed by the bos33 Sportsbook Rules, which cover markets including but not limited to: BRI Liga 1, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and Mobile Legends MPL Indonesia. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as described in the Sportsbook Rules document accessible within the Platform.
Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and game show titles such as Crazy Time — are operated by third-party live dealer studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game are governed by the applicable studio's official game rules, which are accessible during gameplay. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or incorrect odds or payouts caused by a technical fault, bos33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the Player's Account. bos33 shall not be obligated to honor bets placed at erroneously displayed odds or payouts resulting from a system error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bos33 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:
bos33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent or prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, a self-exclusion request, or any other reason that bos33 reasonably determines to be in the interest of the Platform's integrity or the Player's wellbeing.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting bos33 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to a KYC check if not already completed. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.
Upon Account closure — whether initiated by bos33 or by the Player — all pending bets and uncleared bonus funds will be settled in accordance with the applicable game and bonus rules at the time of closure. Permanently closed Accounts may not be reopened, except at bos33's absolute discretion in cases of administrative error.
All content on the bos33 Platform — including but not limited to the bos33 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, video streams, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of bos33 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bos33. Unauthorized use of the bos33 brand, logo, or any platform content may result in legal action.
bos33 endeavors to maintain Platform availability 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or force majeure events. bos33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. bos33 shall not be held liable for any gambling losses incurred by a Player on the Platform. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you are gambling voluntarily and at your own risk, and that losses are an inherent and foreseeable outcome of participation in any gambling activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bos33's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bos33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bos33 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
bos33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with payment processors, game studios, fraud prevention services, and KYC verification providers as necessary to deliver the Services.

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
